1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using SocialPlay (the "Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Additionally, when using specific features of this Platform, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any use of this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above terms, please do not use this service.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Platform, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, so use a strong password and limit its use to this account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with these security requirements. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service.
3. Intellectual Property
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SocialPlay UK and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. This includes all text, graphics, logos, and software.
4. Restricted Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following restricted activities: (i) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Platform in any medium; (ii) using any automated system, including without limitation "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc., to access the Platform; (iii) transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email; (iv) attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Platform.
5. Liability Limitation
In no event shall SocialPlay, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.
6. Applicable Law
This Agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
